Maureen repeatedly went out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for with very specific needs and budget but also recognized the delicate nature of my situation. Throughout the process she was one of the most sincere, caring, genuine and professional people I have ever met and now call her a friend whom I look up to daily. Maureen made selling our property so easy. Every step of the way we felt we were being looked after by someone who really knew the market and how to sell our home at a difficult time of year (over Christmas). Even after the sale was finalized she was there to help us with anything else we needed. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Maureen is the Master when it comes to Real Estate. She came in and offered advice when we were staging our home to sell. She was very helpful and kind in the process. Maureen checked in often and explained the 'next' for us as we we're novices when it came to selling. She was available 24/7 to guide, strategize and offer reassurance. Within 2.5 weeks, our home was listed, showed, and SOLD at a price we are very happy with thanks to Maureen.

Working with Maureen to find the perfect house for our family was a fantastic experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market in NS, and did an excellent job matching us with the perfect house. She also has a multitude of contacts to help facilitate all aspects of the purchase. Maureen is a delight to work with, and easily reachable whenever we needed her. She was incredibly patient with all the properties we wanted to look at, including the chaos when our young children were there (I think she missed them when they weren’t :) ) and she made the whole process of moving easier for the kids (they also definitely looked forward to seeing her when we went to look at a house!). She considered the needs of everyone in the family, and was there for us every step of the way. I’ve recommended her to friends and family. She’s a gem!

This is our second time working with Maureen and we wouldn't go with anyone else!! Maureen is very responsive and knowledgeable!! She is always thinking of things that we didn't and always asking the right questions. We did a new build this time and Maureen was soo patient with all our questions! We had Maureen as both a buyers and Sellers agent and she was fantastic. I am going to write a review of her as the selling agent while my wife writes one about the buying experience.

First of all she is extremely knowledgable about al aspects of the real estate market. If I had a question about anything relating to selling our house compared to other homes in the area she had the information I needed. When I needed to bring trades in to do work to prep the house (or repair something I broke doing some work myself) she was able to recommend trades and companies to me. Each one was fantastic. I have added them to my contacts to do work on our new home when we need them.

When it came to getting our house on the market she provided us with a full market analysis' and helped us price the home to meet our needs as well as the market. Home viewings were managed with ease using an app that allowed us to approve a viewing or when necessary decline or reschedule. Once we received offers she was able to guide and answer our questions with ease and offered excellent advice.

Lots of agents have knowledge of the market and trade connections but what makes Maureen stand out is her personality and caring. When you work with her you feel like you are working with family. Its not about getting a sale. Its about getting the right sale.

I would recommend Maureen to any of my friends and family looking for an agent.
